I want to start over and change my raid configuration. I've reset to factory settings, but that has not actually let me change the raid conf. how would I go about doing this?

Reset to factory default doesn’t delete your RAID configuration. You need to delete all volumes and storage pools.

Please go to TOS Control panel - storage manager to delete all the created volumes, then you can delete the storage pool to create new storage pool with new RAID.
