I have updated my F2-221 to TOS 5.0.176 and now I'm missing one folder.

it was called "backup" but I cannot see it in the File Manager (all other folders are there) or through the SMB connection. However when I go to "Shared Folders" in the Control Panel it is still listed.

Has anyone experienced anything like that or can help me get the folder back? (I do have a backup of the data but it seems like it is still there and occupying space on my RAID, so I'd like to restore that if possible)

Can you remember the folder "backup" location on which volume?
If yes, you can try the following guideline:
1. go to "control panel > privileges > share folder > advanced settings";
2. restore the shared folder to the volume;

thanks, when I did that I realised there was a small lock symbol on the folder symbol. I must have encrypted the folder at some point, but I didn't have the key anymore. I was able to delete it and restore from my backup.
