wordpress crashed - unable to reset

Hi,
I've installed wordpress successfully and then i applied a plugin which i don't think was compatible and now it no longer boots.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled wordpress and now it just says unable to find the plugin theme i have.
How do i find the wordpress php file to edit which plug in it's looking for? Where are the wordpress files saved as i can't find them in the root folder or in AppData folder.
