Plex won't enable

Hi
Plex wont enable from the app store, it just fails, I've also tried updating it to the latest version 1.30.0.6442 x86_64.tkp but as the same results failed.
the tkp installs no problem but just wont enable
latest version TOS5
can't understand what am doing wrong, can anyone please help.
