F4-220 attacked by Icefire Ransomwre

Hello to all,
Our TNAS F4-220 was attacked yesterday by Icefire and all data are encrypted now.
I saw a similar topic with an F2-220 nas on the 16th of march 2022. Is there a solution yet?

Thank you for your report. We will pay attention to this ransomware and try to collect more information. May I know which TOS version running on your TNAS?
For the devices that have been attacked, currently, there is no solution yet. For all other users, We recommend that you follow the countermeasures below to increase the security level of your device.

Our TNAS is currently running TOS 3.1.15 version

This is a very ancient version from more than 6 years ago.

We didn't have the time to upgrade yet. Version upgrade was scheduled next month as well as an entire backup for security.
