Unable to connect with L2TP or PTPP

Hi,
i can't connect to Terramaster with L2TP or PTPP.
1.- I'm not sure what i need to enter in Server name or adress in the client. I need to enter this that appear in the VPN setting in the VPN Server app?
2.- If I enter this Server name or adress this is the error that shows me.
For PPTP

What can I do? I have no knowledge on this subject.
