Editing the hosts file

Hi

I need to edit the hosts file in my TNAS F4-423 (TOS 5.0.176)
I am not strong in Linux, but I found this file and even copied it for backup
But I can't edit it, those commands that Google suggests do not work in this operating system

How can I edit the /etc/hosts file?

Thanks

looks like i figured it out
No need to use sudo as the sudoers file settings are configured to allow all members of the admin group to run commands

Can you please tell me if the qbittorrent application uses the /etc/hosts file?
