Raid manager

Hi all.
I have a D4-300 (2016 version)
I can't find the RAID manager (that I use years ago to manage my device) on the all web!
My device have a RAID capability (it's indicate in the case and I had set the RAID via TM manager!) but I read on the site that the actual model haven't RAID at all
what's goes wrong?
Can you help me to find a software to manage my D4-300?
