Surveillance Manager not present in the App center

I'm not able to install the Surveillance Manager app because it is not present in the App center.
I have a F4-423 with TOS 5.0.176-00227.

Just because of some technical issues, this app has been removed from the market temporarily.

I confirm, I would also like to install joomla but I saw that sql server is also missing ......
other apps are out...
