Hi,
i install deduplication manager and try to run but after installation complete not create icon on my desktop and service will not start.
Application are installed now but i've not icon and started service.

Have you same problem?

Now there are some problems with the application, you need to replace the TOS language with English before sending successfully.

I have the same issue. Everything is installed, but when trying to set up a scan it goes through the process, but nothing shows up and the setup page returns. Any news on this?

Yes, I understand that process. But I can't get there, as whenever I set it up and choose auto or manual, it goes right back to the setup screen. This is what I see after going through the setup.

Please restart the application and try refreshing again.

Im not sure how to restart the app. I did try to uninstall it, reinstall it and try again. Still the same thing.

Please provide screenshots of the detailed settings for the deduplication task.

I figured it out. You cant have a name with a space in it. Once I removed the space it worked as it was supposed to.

I just got the F5-221 and put in 4 x 1tb drives. Loaded a little over 600gb and have 2.11tb free. I put around 20 duplicate files in the public folder and ran Deduplication Manager and it at first scanned all 20 files. I then clicked the Deduplication button and it showed them in a small window to select, I selected a few and it completed, but nothing was removed.
