Nextcloud Password App, Not connected to the internet?

So im working with the OS 5.X Nextcloud app, (from the app store) when i try to use Passwords it keeps telling me
Unable to fetch page: NetworkError when attempting to fetch resource..
on anything that relies on the internet, what can i be doing wrong? Let me know if there is a log i can give.
