Hi guys,
Yesterday o Bought an F5-422 with TOS4 and I connected and tested the external connection by link (TAS.online), and test the mobile connection works fine. However, and after I updated the NAS to TOS5, I couldn't connect to the server from an external connection.

I'm using windows and android for this.

After updating to TOS 5, you need to download the new version of TNAS Mobile 3 for use.
