Can't initialize

I just got my TM NAS set up. I can't seem to get the thing to respond however.

My NAS ethernet is plugged into my router, as is my PC so there should not be a communication issue between the two.

When I run the TNAS PC program, it finds my NAS on the network.

When I click on the login button however, I get the "refused to connect" error in my browser.

I researched the problem and found this: viewtopic.php?f=21&t=363
I tried this connect with putty solution and it didn't work either. Putty Fatal Network Error, Refused to Connect

I'm stumped... I can't even get to login screen.

Any help would be appreciated.

May I know what is the IP shown on the TNAS PC client when you search your device on your local network?

10.0.0.100 which is exactly what it should be assigned by my router.

Remove your drives, restart your TNAS and try again without hard drive.

Thanks for the suggestion. I removed the drives. Same results/errors, unfortunately.

Yes, both the PC and the nas are plugged into the same router. Ports 1 and 2.

No idea at this moment. Do you mind having a remote session with our tech team?
