SMB access denied

Hello, I have this problem (windows 10). I try to access using SMB service using windows file explorer, but windows reports this message: access denied.
I've just tried switching off firewall, but same problem.

Please try to
clear cache and credentials of smb connections.

Please go to TOS desktop> Control panel> User to check the user's access rights to the shared folders.

The user I registered can read and write files.

I saw a tutorial on the web, someone solved the problem by activating the smb parameter into the advanced setting of Tos. My Tos version doesn't have advanced settings in file services smb.
