F4-422 fails to load webui or allow SSH after update

I am in a bit of a pickle, I apply the latest update of TNAS and now the web gui fails to load.
When i attempt to SSH in i receive 'Connection Refused'
When i attempt to factory reset the TNAS app does not find my nas on the network even though i can see of loading screen the NAS has recieved an IP address.
Can anyone advise what to do next?
The following is what I can see on the NAS screen:
It appears i am unable to apply Method 2 of the reset process
