I've had this unit for at least a year with no issues. Late yesterday it began beeping and rebooting, when it had been acting fine. The NAS was only about a 1/4 utilized on space, but it no longer boots to the OS. Powers up, beeps, shuts down for a few minutes, then boots up again. It repeats the process to no end. Serial number of the unit is 2003300220. Thanks for your help.

Also...I removed all the drives and tried to power it back up. It behaves the same, boots, beeps and reboots. I am unable to get to the TOS desktop.

The hardware of your TNAS is failed. please contact our service team and ask for warranty service.
