I have a f4-210 and I have tried using TreeSize Pro and another duplicate file finder app. They will both find the duplicates but after the search I can not see or access the Nas. I have to power down and restart the Nas.. Before powering down though I can log into the Nas with Tnas PC, Windows itself can not see or access the Nas unless I power cycle the unit.

Please advise.

P.S. Using Windows 10 on a cyberpower PC

As we do not have experience with TreeSize pro, we recommended SMB, FTP for file service for Windows OS.
