No ability to search user in shared folders and wrong sort order

Hell again.
We succesfully join TNAS to AD and try to setup users' permission.
1. Why users sorted from Z-A instead of A-Z ?
2. Why is no 'search user' button here? Scrolling is very inconvenient. Number of users in AD may be thousands
