I have the TNAS F2-210. It is setup on my local network pc access, and syncing is working I require access on my phone.
I have installed the Tnas 4 mobile. I can connect locally and off premiss with the app. However I require to view docs, pdfs, and billing statements which are on the nas. Trying to access those via app gives an error "something went wrong try agian later. Success" then a creen pops up wait 0% and never progress.

I can open pics, mp3, and mp4 files, but nothing else.
I can download then access the file, but that is a waste of time.

I have checked for updates and it says it is up to date. I've checked versions of install and mine appears to be the lastest listed for the 210. version 4.2.31-220311629, Any thing else?
