D5 Thunderbolt 3 copy speed slows down

Hi,
I have a problem with D5 Thunderbolt 3. I work as a data wrangler, and when I start to offload footage from SSDs, it seems everything is fine, the copy speed is around 5-600 mb/s which is fine. After 20-30 mins later, the copy speed drops to 50-100 mb/s or even less.
If I plug off and plug it in again, the copy speed goes back to 5-600 mb/s.
The SSDs are much faster, the read speed is around 8-900 mb/s, I tested these before. I'm using a 2019 Macbook pro, 2,6 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7 with 16 GB ram and a dedicated GPU. Mac OS Monterey 12.6 (21G115).
The d5 is in raid 5 and I have 5 18TB Seagate EXOS X18 HDDs in it.
What could be the problem?
