My internet at home gets cut off

May someone please help
Ever since I got the Terra NAS system the internet in my home continuously cuts off for 3 to 5 mins and then turns back on. This happens most often when I upload files to the NAS system. I'm doing this via wifi. Because it cuts internet for some odd reason it is very bad for my upload as I have to restart it. Takes forever and cuts internet for my family throughout the home. Is there a solution? Thank you

I had this issue before but instead of transferring through Wi-Fi, I was transferring through LAN. When it reaches transfer speeds of around 120Mbps, Wi-Fi will crash, and I need to restart it.

One of the solutions that I got was, limit the transfer speeds on the router, it might be because there is too much traffic than what the router can handle and hangs/inaccessible/crashes.

The only thing a NAS device can do to a router is to send traffic.
