TOS REMOTE ACCESS PROBLEM

Hello, i have a question for the remote access
i have in the nas setting all the option like file transfer and remote access disabled but if i put my ip and the port on the phone, i can access on the tos remotely anyway (obvs with other connection, like mobile data, not the same of my home)
is that normal?
