Hello TerraMaster Team
I noticed a misbehaviour that only the first two HDDs go into hibernation, but the rest don't and would like report it.
- my NAS device is the F5-422 with TOS 5.0.171 (it doesn't matter which version TOS 5.0 is used)
- all 5 HDDs are configured as a large volume in TRAID, see attached picture "storage_pool_1.png"
- and all 5 hdds are error free
When I touch each drive tray with my hand, I only feel the vibration on the last three. This is also confirmed by the temperature display.
At the attached pictures you can see that the first two HDDs have a lower temperature (ca. 32°C) than the last three (ca. 42°C).
"hdd1_hibernation.png, .... hdd5_hibernation.pgn"
For example, in operation, these first two HDDs have the same temperature as the others (ca. 43°C).
"hdd1_in_use.png, hdd2_in_use.png"; "temps.png"
It would be nice if this behaviour could be fixed
Thank you and many greetings
Aliosy
