Hi,

I have just updated my F5-221 to TOS 5.0.171.

I have created and admin user during the initialization process. After the initialization I loged in and created a second user without admin rights.

Now I can't log in with the admin user. If i try to recover my password it says that my admin user doesnt exists, what can I do?

Finally I have reinstalled TOS5 and looks like it's working now

I have a similar issue, I cannot login with the admin user.
Could you please let me know how did you reinstall the TOS5?

What version is the TOS before and after the update?
TOS 5 cannot use a user name that contains admin, administrator, and root.
