Docker not working on TOS 5

Docker (installed from the app store) seems to work fine on TOS 4.2.39, but Docker Manager from the TOS 5.0.158 and 5.0.171 app store doesn't work. It installs but remains in a disabled state. Portainer faces the same issue. Any solutions?

Issue still persists. Screenshot attached as reference. Installation can proceed but app remains in a disabled state with an "Operation failed!" error when trying to enable it.

Update: I did a full wipe of all my drives (A full reinstall of TOS is not sufficient). Now running 5.0.171 and Docker Manager works. It is possible that residual data from previous TOS installations caused the installation to fail. A full wipe seems excessive, so I hope you can pinpoint the cause.

Also after a full neu install of TOS5 Docker Manager can't enabled.Error: "Operation failed!"
And now?
