I can replicate this issue.
I am using MacOS, Firebox browser, and TOS 5.0.171.
You can see my video here : https://youtu.be/pNGLws9QZ3s
At the start, I sync NTP.
Left the window open and recording. Compare the TOS lock with my Laptop clock on the top right corner.
After a few minutes, there is 1 second difference.
After about 8 minutes, there is 2 second difference.

Memory module,
I've just use an 4go old laptop memory module on my F2-220 for year, It works great.
Just try, your NAS boots on, that's great.
It doesn't too bad put back the module you've.

2 extra options beside what I gave you are on the above page.
That should work for you IF they didn't used the machine as a testbed for what they're doing now with the 223/423 series.

Ok, so I logged in and left the display running overnight from yesterday.
When I opened my laptop, this is what I saw it says the time is 28:15:06
https://www.dropbox.com/s/ypnrftba19rl5 ... 6.png?dl=0
But after refresh the page, the clock is correct but behind my laptop clock by 2 seconds. (I last sync NTP 3 days ago on TOS)
Still, it is suggested an option to allow the device to sync the NTP every 24 hours or some options that we can set. Please consider this a feature request. Thank you.Re: TOS 5.0.171 (x.86) is Released for Update
After the reboot, everything is fine for a day, then the "mediaindex" process goes back to above 55% constantly ... and of course I have constant signs of a slow system. This even if I don't do anything with the NAS.

Is a TOS patch or new build coming this week?
Asking since NAS warned about the tnas.link certificate being set to expire on October 16th 2022.

Noticed a problem - I was trying to add a SMB user
I was connected to the NAS added a new user named : SomethingCool gave a password and permissions to the folders and groups. saved and the system took the user, checked the folder and group permissions should allow the user to login and use SMB
could not connect - no known user is the error from Apple Finder.
Toggled SMB and AFP, no luck, applied permissions recursively, enabled and disabled user and changed the password three times.
thinking that Apple is the cause here and not the NAT - doinked about the settings and found no reason that my system cant connect.
enabled and disabled SMB,AFP and no change
I'm on a MacMini trying to access the nas using SMB or AFP - nothing worked.
FIx : selected a user created a while back - worked fine ???
SO, tested the new user and still nothing - removed the new user and used the known old account and SMB or AFP work
Guessing that the new users dont really get access until reboot ? I don't need a second user now so i removed the new user and elected to use the old one. :)
Figured that someone will run into this same issue
