I have 2 sets of Terramaster TD2, both under warranty. One of them starting to have power issues. The unit will power off automatically when using. And I can't power it on properly. Sometimes it can powers on, but then I cannot use the power button on it to power off. It become very unstable.
Tried chatting with the online support but they don't respond. Can Support please respond here?
