Cloud Sync "Operation failed"

Good Morning.
I'm a Terra Master newb here and am trying to download Cloud Sync on TOS 5.0 to my NAS to sync Dropbox and get 'Operation failed' from the Apps download window.
I have tried other downloads from Apps without issue. Any help or advise appreciated, thanks.

Please update TOS to the latest version 5.0.166.

Good Morning.
Thanks for the input, the current TOS version is 5.0.120 and is set to automatic update.
I have managed to get the download and install completed, but the CloudSync start screen only has an Overview display with no other options in the side bar, could this be a permissions issue?

Update your TOS to the latest version, it is now 5.0.172. Then uninstall the cloudsync and reinstall again.

5.0.172? TOS update doesn't detect that update being available.

Sorry, my mistake. the updated version now is 5.0.171
