F2-210 error 502 (SOLVED)

I have F2-210 and once I have had 502 error (Bad gateway).
I was not able to SSH login to TNAS and I was not able to recover TOS under known procedure.
I remembered that I opened the FTP service and I was able to backup all the data through FTP.
Tip - always enable the TNAS FTP server even if you don't need it
