I have a 1gb/4 bay TNAS and I have moved everything to 2 stand alone drives plus outside machines. I am replacing bay 3 and 4 with 2xraid1 drives which are 99% read, 1% write.
What's the best way to move my files from drives 1 and 2 over to the new Raid1 setup (about 7gig worth) and then wipe from drives 1/2 which will be app data, public drive (scanner dump), and various otherfiles.
best way to ensure full moving of folders?
Re: best way to ensure full moving of folders?
You can log into the SSH terminal and use the cp command to copy files.

Good point, but was looking for more of a nice sync interface like toucan but native to the NAS
