Hey guys,
in the process of updating to tos 5 and got to the step of "reset to factory default"

after this the unit wouldn't show on the network, i hooked up a hdmi cable and it shows this

how do i rebuild the boot drive without losing my 5 disk raid5?

update,

pulled all hdd's and it booted, inserting hdd's after boot allowed me to initialize, currently doing hdd check-up

installed tos 5... now i have a white screen at this address

originally tried to install

just attempted
TOS_X642.0_5.0.144_00190_2207271642

same result, white page instead of login

Just reverted back to
TOS_S2.0_Install_JM33_4.2.39_2205181519_2205201722

and now the same page just says

Loading..., please wait!

But no visible nas on the network now

so looks like i have a bricked nas from the tos5 update procedure

back to square 1

White page after installing TOS_X642.0_5.0.152_00198_2208051906

all my folders are visible and the nas is visible, i just cant log into the ui or change settings or passwords...

saw 5.0.155 was released, tried this too

same white screen, no hdd activity, no access via putty but nas is visible via samba and all my old folders are visible nut inaccessible because credentials seem to have changed.

don't know what i did, but now i can access my nas from my phone and all my pc's once again

hopefully terramaster can work this problem out to prevent it from happening to other users...
