Mail Server for TOS 5 Installs?

I notice that there is no longer a mail server install included in the Applications. Since TOS seems to be built on a fairly standard GNU/Linux system, will a reasonably standard Postfix/Courier install (with all the standard security additions) work? If not, are there plans to bring a pre-packaged mail server app back to TOS 5?

Support at the website is infinitely better than at the forum.
I just installed docker and docker mail server with a one line command install. Let me know if you need any help with it.
