Problems with users not being able to connect

I'm using the F4-210 and recently the NAS has been giving me problems when my users attempt to connect to it. SMB services are running in each Windows box. They have it as a mapped drive that usually does not recconnect. And even when using their correct credentials, the NAS rejects them. The unit is running 4.1.21 2002271849. Any idea of what is going on?
