「TOS5.0.152」で発生している問題です。
ファイル名やフォルダー名に「'」がついているファイルやフォルダーの移動・コピー・ダウンロード・ショートカットの作成ができないようです。
他にも記号がついているファイル名は試していないですが、念のためご確認をお願いします。
