Hi

So I've been patiently fiddling, I even had someone from TerraMaster remote in and play with it but I can't get Terra Photos to work right.

On a super user account it's working perfectly as near as I can tell (the super user doesn't have as many photos) but on a non-privileged account it doesn't work at all.

Even on the latest version I just updated to I just end up with a console full of errors.

I upgrade my non-priveleged user to an admin user and give them read write access to all the directories and it works fine....

If you want to run the application as a common user, you need to go to Control Panel - Application to assign access of the app to him as an administrator.
