D5 Thunderbolt 3 not setting up Raid 0

I have just purchased 2 x D5 thunderbolt 3 systems and want to use 4 x 10tb Seagate drives and 1 x 4tb Seagate drive in Raid 0.
Every time I try to format the raid, it only sets the raid to 20tb and uses 6tb from each of the 10tb drives and does not use the 4tb Seagate drive.

If I take the 4tb drive out of the unit then I can set the Raid to 0 using all 4 10tb drives.

Do all 5 drives need to be the same size to be able to create a raid 0 using all 5 slots?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I am running windows 10.

Cheers Pete.

4 x 10TB + 1 x 4TB RAID 0 capacity will be 5 x 4TB = 20TB
