Hi,

Is there a user guide available for Terrasync?

My use case is:

• End-user devices to sync to an F5-221 (primary NAS) in location (a)

• F5-221 in location (a) to sync to another F5-221 in a remote location (b)

• Synchronisation to be new and/or updated files only

Looking for some guidance please.

• Does Terrysync handle this? if yes:

• Can the traffic between devices be encrypted?

• What to install on the end user devices PC's, Ipad and Android Phones?

• What to install on the Primary NAS in location (a)?

• What to install on the remote NAS in location (b)?

• How to connect The primary NAS in location (a) to the backup NAS in location (b)?

There is no user guide yet, and remote synchronization can be performed, provided that the port set in TerraSync Server is mapped using the router.
For two-way synchronization, you install TerraSync Server on either one and TerraSync Client on the other.
Since the public network ip will change, it is recommended that you use ddns. When connecting with TerraSync Client, fill in your domain name for the server address.
Now only TerraSync Client on TNAS has been released, and TerraSync Client on other systems has not yet released a public beta version.
