Disabling authentacaion code on login

I have recently been prompted for a code to be entered on login:

How do I turn this off? I have to zoom in and try several times before it accepts a code prompted.
The displayed image is really not clear.

Such a CAPTCHA code is a security measure, it is not able to be disabled. The CAPTCHA appears because you entered the wrong username or password multiple times. You can hit CAPTCHA to refresh until you can identify it correctly.
