Stuck on 'Install TOS' (New system out of the box)

Hi,
As the subject line says, my F2-423 is stuck on the 'Install TOS' page - still says 0% and has done for 30 minutes now. I'm assuming nothing is happening and the process is hanging.
Any advice please?

It is possible that the NAS has not successfully connected to the Internet or the Internet connection status is not good;
It is also possible that the browser you are currently using is too old (such as IE), it is recommended to use the chorme kernel browser or Firefox;
Or maybe your hard disk has been used on other hard disks before and the settings are complicated and cannot be successfully repartitioned;
Or maybe the hard drive is faulty. . .
Anyway, try using a custom install:

Please inform us about the subsequent installation.

Hi - thankyou - I did a custom install (using TOS 5) and it worked fine. Thanks for the tip.
