Security Advisor Recommends Changing Default Http and HTTPS Ports

F2-221 running 5.0.130
I was able to change the HTTPS port but the HTTP port reverts to the default port number when I hit Apply.
1. Why can't the HTTP port change?
2. Is there a way to get the new port number to apply successfully?
