CloudSync -> Select a Local Folder -> Sub Folders Not Loading

While trying to configure a CloudSync task for S3, I am unable to view or select local sub-folders. When I expand a folder in the browser window, the progress icon appears and never goes away.
In the browser console, the error that is reported is "TypeError: t.data.data.filter is not a function at app.61581078.js:1:132143". I have tried clearing/disabling browser cache and the error persists.
