Good afternoon,
in the last few days i've updated my F2-221 to TOS 5, after a little customization everytime i log in the web ui i get a popup message "Device is shutting down" and i cannot dismiss it. The nas is working with smb and via ssh, but i cannot complete my customization process. Can you help me?
Is there a cli way to clear cache of the web ui or something (i've already clean my browser's cache and even tried with Firefox and also Edge)
P.S. My language OS is italian.

Have you set a scheduled task for power off, or have performed the shutdown operation in the upper right corner of the page.

Yes i've set a scheduled poweroff but at 10:30 PM and now in Italy is 4 PM, 6 hours earlier.

Do you think that is it better to disable the scheduled poweroff?

PS. For now i've done a simple trick with the chrome built-in web developer tools: i've deleted all the layers of the web page that prevent me to interact with the terramaster os.

Would you like to have a remote session to check the issue? As we never had such issue in our lab, and you are the first user to report it.

I would like to inform that with the update 5.0.124-00161 the bug disappeared so now it's ok!

Im having the same issue and am unable to dismiss the message

Try 5.0.125, if it still happens, let us know.
