Hi,

I saw a user installed 5.0.124 but I can't find this iteration and my TNAS PC update to windows is still not finding my NAS after it updated to TOS5.

TNAS PC on windows is running version 5.0.23

TOS has now been updated to 5.0.124 however TNAS PC still cannot find it...... woeful

I think you will also find TNAS PC has been updated to 5.0.24

At the moment there is no link to download TNAS PC 5.0.24

I opened TNAS PC 5.0.23 and it said there was an update so I let it update to 5.0.24, but it doesn't appear to be any different.

Thank you. I have redownload the TNAS pc and disabled my firewall and unfortunately it's still not finding the NAS 🤣

This is how stupid Terramaster are:-

On 1 computer I am running TNAS PC V5.0.25 and if you go into settings it says this is the current version

On another computer I am running TNAS PC V5.0.23 and if you go into settings it says this is current version

Both PC's are running Windows 10 Pro 21H2

Mine also says it is running the current version in blue text, and the link is not clickable to check for more firmware updates. Really very annoying. They shouldn't have rolled this out in its current state

You can download Plex Media Server v1.27 for Terramaster direct from Plex and install manually. https://www.plex.tv/media-server-downloads/

However be aware that the Apps section of TerraMaster TOS sees a different version available and thinks its an update, however clicking on the update installs v1.24 from TerraMaster and rolls back the version.

Now when I uninstall and reinstall using the v1.27 of Plex the NAS still says it is v1.24.

Is it possible to install the plex from official Plex site on TOS5?
