TOS4 User-dir & SMB

Hi,

During setup of my F2-221 I created
- the required Admin
- a second user also with admin-rights
- 2 folders beneath \User created with the Admin

When I connect to the device via the browser, with either Admin, I can see and use the two User-directories and also the two additional folders.

But when I connect on my pc with SMB, with either Admin, I only see the directory of the user used during the connect. Even the 2 folders beneath \User which have been created by the Admin, aren't visible.

While admin, I want to see all user-directories (and any other directory) when SMB is in use.

How can I do that ? Is there a setting I missed ?
This is essential to me, I need this to do maintenance tasks for all users and other folders.

Thanks

PS: I have two older NAS-systems, a Thecus N2100 and a Netgear RN102. In those the Admin has access to everything (via the web-interface and also via SMB)

Only in TOS 5 will the administrator view the directory of all users. TOS 5 is still in beta: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=3062

Also via SMB ?
Because via the webinterface it already works in TOS4 too.

Yes, TOS 5 will increase the homes directory containing all user directories

Just tested TOS5 with SMB.
The behaviour is exactly the sameas in TOS4, no way to have access to the complete NAS with an Admin-user

Doesn't work

This function is in our list and has not been implemented yet.
