cant log in. getting wrong password. the log in screen has changed.

using windows 11. before there was a forgot password button.

It seems your tnas does not obtain a correct IP address from your DHCP server. Make sure you have the correct settings in your router.
By the way, what is your model number and what is your TOS version?

hi my model # F4-220 tas version 6 to 8 months ago. cant get in. what settings should be for the settings?

Did you mean you updated your TOS version 6~8 months agao? Would you show a screenshot of the "wrong password" message?

OK，I see.
As your tnas device was not able to obtain a correct IP address from your router, you are not able to connect your device, you can't even modify the IP address. Please try to restart your router and tnas device.

hi i uninstalled old win ver. installed new ver. from your link. new verion finds nas at 10% but it wont connect. see pictures
