Hi, I have a TerraMaster D2-330 and have used it for the last 18 months without any issues until now.

In the last 4 days, the device will randomly power off, then power back up again after a minute or two, before repeating this constantly.

Do you have any idea what could be causing this?

I have disabled power saving mode for USB devices, and selected never to power off hard drives, but it's made no difference.

My computer is a Windows 10 Desktop computer, I've tried using different power points in the house but this did not solve the issue.

Need help asap please as my entire business is on these drives and they are currently almost unusable.

Hello, this is caused by the button problem of the device, please contact our service team to replace the device for you.

How long does your warranty process normally take for Australian customers? I dropped my item back to the original retailer, who have sent it to Terramaster on the 31st of May, it has been 7 weeks so far.

The unit is critical to me, I can't back up my business data until I get it back. Is there any way to contact you privately to see if you can speed up the process? The retailer has said they haven't received any feedback from Terramaster since sending it away.

It has a fault and was replaced.
