Hello

I've just updated my F5-221 to to 4.1.27 using TOS_S2.0_Update_X64_4.1.27_2006301044_2006301433.bz2
However, after update I'm no longer able to access the TOS UI, I get the 404 nginx error.

My volume seems to be okay.
- ftp seems to be still working
- ssh IS NOT working, tried 22, 23 and port 5222
- I had two users, admin seems to be okay, but my other user doesn't have access to some of the folders

The biggest issue is the UI as I won't be able to configure anything and SSH isn't working.
How to fix this? How can I factory reset?

Please download the suitable TOS installation package according to your InitBoot version, and try the re-installation again.

I have a follow-up question, however. Could you advise how I should go ahead and upgrade to the latest version? 4.2.32. I have a popup that says I need to upgrade manually. I want to be sure I don't screw up again.
