TNAS MOBILE - CONTENT NOT AVAILABLE

I bought the nas for only 2 reasons, the first to deposit files, the second is to have the files available on the pc, on the tv and on the phone.
It has been 6 months since I reported that the app does not work correctly and that is from any phone app (for example whatsapp) I CANNOT attach any file on the nas because "content not available".
The service support response was that tos5 and its new app was on the way and they would not fix the bugs of the previous version.
I am completely stuck and cannot leave the old platform; i am also having problems with duplicate files on the two systems (dropbox & tnas).
Now I'm bored; you don't distribute tos5 for f2-210 and i'm stuck,
what the fuck do i have to do to get a working system?
decide, you can fix the app bug or distribute tos5 (which works), or give me back the money I spent I send it back and buy a synology

Hello, which version of TOS system did you install? Can you describe your problem in detail so that we can find the problem?

yes, I'm the one in the November post, as you can see they confirmed that the problem was being solved
