SSD Cache

I have a Crucial MX500 1TB I wanted to create an SSD cache. When started an 100GB SSD cache task in TOS 5.0.72 it freezes at 80% created. The SSD has one error in SMART. Can this SSD be used for SSD cache?

Obviously, your SSD is at risk, please correct it or replace a new one.
