Folders Taking Space But Not Showing

So I did a reset on my TNAS as the plex app was playing up, I opened a file manager and clicked 'public' and nothing is in there, I had movies in there before all categorized in different folders but they're not showing up, the storage space is still full like they're still there and my plex still loads and plays movies that would be in there. But no folders are showing up, the other hard drive is perfectly fine. Does anyone know what's wrong with it or if I've done something to it by mistake?
